Activities

Picturing Health uses film and art in Public Health worldwide. We make films to train health workers, inform patients, promote community discussion and disseminate research findings. We evaluate the effectiveness of our work and build capacity of film makers and clinicians to make health films. Our partners include WHO, Medical Research Council, hospitals and international research institutes.

Objects: The Object Of The CIO Are:1. The Relief Of Sickness And The Preservation Of Health Among People Anywhere In The World By (A) Making, Disseminating And Evaluating The Impact Of Educational Health Films Anywhere In The World And (B) By Providing Advice, Resources And Training For Film Makers Or Medical Workers To Make Health Related Films Aimed At Their Own Countries And Communities.2. To Further Any Exclusively Charitable Purposes The Trustees See Fit.
