**Objects:** TO PROMOTE THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF COTTINGHAM AND THE SURROUNDING AREA BY ASSOCIATING WITH THE LOCAL AUTHORITY, VOLUNTARY ORGANISATIONS AND INHABITANTS IN A COMMON EFFORT TO ADVANCE EDUCATION AND TO PROVIDE FACILITIES IN THE INTEREST OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR RECREATION AND LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS.

**Activities:** To manage and run Cottingham Civic Hall and the former Council Offices building for the benefit of the community, as the buildings have now been transferred to the Trust from the East Riding of Yorkshire Council.
