THE ANDREW WORKMAN FUND TRUSTEES, REPORT FOR THE YEAR ENDED 31ST DECEMBER 2024 TRUSTEES. RESPONSIBILITIES Charity Law requires us as trustees to prepare financial statements for each financial year which give a true and fair view of the state of affairs of the charity and of the profit or105s of the charity for that period. In preparing those financial statements. the trustees are required to: _ - select suitable accounting policies and then apply them consistently, - make judgement5 and estimates that are aSOnable and prudent, prepare the financial statements on the going conrn basis unless it is inappropriate to presume that the charity will continue in busines& We are responsible for keeping proper accounting records which disclose with reasonable accuracy at any time the financial position of the charity and to ensure that the financial statements comply with the Charities Act 2011. General ReseNe's Policy - We have ascertained that there is no requirement to hold a a substantial sum.
