THE ANDREWWORKMAN FUND TRUSTEES, REPORT FOR THE YEAR ENDED 31ST DECEMBER 2023 TRUSTEES, RESPONSIBILITIES Charity Law require5 us a5 trustees to prepare financial statements for each financial year which give a true and fair view of the state of affairs of the charity and of the profit or loss of the charity for that period. In preparing those financial statements, the trustees are required to: _ - select suitsble accounting policies and then apply them consistently, make judgements and estimatss that are reasonable and prudent prepare the financial statements on the going concern basis unle55 it is inappropriate to presume that the charity will continue in bu5ine55. We are responsible for keeping proper accounting records which disclose with reasonable a¢¢ura¢y at any time the financial position of the charity and to ensure that the financial statements comply with the Charities Act 2011.
