The charity continued its role as the<br>UK coordinator for the OMEP EfSC Awards<br>and contributed to the DfE Greening<br>Schools Initiative.<br>Collaborative university research<br>progressed on sustainable childcare<br>solutions, including the establishment of<br>laundry hubs.<br>The GECCO website was upgraded to<br>include a resource library, and social media<br>engagement increased via Facebook,<br>Instagram, LinkedIn, and BlueSky.<br>In 2025, GECCO plans to publish<br>academic outputs from research on<br>sustainable childcare practices, pilot the<br>Southsea laundry hub, and continue the<br>OMEP EfSC Awards expansion. Further<br>development of the GECCO website and<br>funding applications to sustainability grant<br>bodies are also planned.|
