**Objects:** TO PROMOTE AND PROTECT THE PHYSICAL AND MENTAL HEALTH OF PEOPLE DIAGNOSED WITH EARLY ONSET DEMENTIA, AND ALSO OF THEIR FAMILIES AND CARERS, IN THE ADMINISTRATIVE DISTRICTS OF WOKINGHAM, READING , WEST BERKSHIRE, BRACKNELL, WINDSOR AND MAIDENHEAD AND SLOUGH THROUGH THE PROVISION OF SUPPORT, EDUCATION AND GENERAL ADVICE.TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE GENERAL PUBLIC IN ALL AREAS RELATING TO EARLY ONSET DEMENTIA.

**Activities:** We provide workshops and 1:1 support to those with young onset dementia.  Examples of our workshops are: choir, cycling, running, katakanuing, art, walking, gardening and drama.  1:1 support is tailored to the interests of the individual e.g. shopping, bowling, swimming, dog walking.  We also provide an education course to those with young onset dementia and their family and carers.
