Raise awareness through various sources – 

Website showing- 

- 1) Events throughout the year to raise awareness of mental wellbeing. 

- 2) Signposting to many support groups and information sites.

- 3) Video on Website to explain the reasoning behind “Just One Click Away “ 

- 4) Help and guidance to individuals through fast tracking to profession counselling with a program to suit individual needs. 

- 5) Fund raising initiatives: - Open air music event held in June 2023, to raise awareness of mental health and well being, plus to raise money to support our beneficiaries. 

- 6) A wine tasting evening was held to raise fund and awareness of mental health and wellbeing. 

- 7) A further 12 rugby clubs in the area have taken on the JOCA model to enhance awareness and give support to those suffering from mental health and wellbeing issues.

Volunteer contributions made to start up JOCA financially. 

No Members or Trustees are paid or will be paid expenses or wages for their Involvement in Just One Click Away. 

Jocafest. The music festival held at Welwyn Rugby Club was a major success with 9 bands performing between 2pm and 11pm.

This event is predominantly to raise awareness of mental health in our community, but we do endeavour to make a small profit. 

We have many volunteers within our rugby community who helps to make this event the success that it is.

We have renewed our website and updated all content www.jocarugby.co.uk 

We have a new mental health and well being counsellor under our wing, she understands our remit and is very accommodating and flexible with JOCA referrals. 

Monthly committee meetings are held with the trustees , to ensure JOCA keeps momentum by discussing fund raising and awareness events. 

Joca also have a seat on Welwyn Rugby Clubs monthly committee meetings in which JOCA has a voice on the running and future of the club.

**Brief statement of the** JOCA Charity reserves are mainly held to support our clients in obtaining **charity’s policy on reserves** free professional counselling within a 24hr period , with on-going sessions at the recommendation of the counsellor and endorsed by the trustees.
