Kinfest aims to alleviate isoloation within Kinship families. It does so by organising holidays, events, day trips and fundraising activities for people, and their families, who look after another family or friends child(ren).

Objects: The Objects Of The CIO Are:the Promotion Of Social Inclusion For The Public Benefit Among Children Who Are Not Living With Their Natural Parents, Their Carers And The Natural Children Of The Carers Who Are Excluded From Society, Or Parts Of Society, Due To Their Social And Economic Position By The Provision Of Social Events, Days Out And Group Holidays And Events To Raise Awareness To Enable Them To Integrate With Others In A Similar Position And To Assist With Bonding Within The Family Unit And The Wider Community.nothing In This Constitution Shall Authorise An Application Of The Property Of The CIO For The Purposeswhich Are Not Charitable In Accordance With [section 7 Of The Charities And Trustee Investment(scotland) Act 2005] And [section 2 Of The Charities Act (northern Ireland) 2008],
