The total amount of funds brought

c£21,151. A further c£13,742 was raised
by the PTFA during the year to 30th
September 2023 from fundraising
activities, after operating expenses.

I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of John Rankin PTFA forthe year
ended 3010912023.
Responsibllltles and Basis of Report
As the charity'strustees, you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance
with the requirements ofthe Charltles Act2011.
I have carried oth my examination in accordance with the Charltles Act 2011 and the relevant
regulations made under that Act. An independent examination includes a review of th8
ac¢ountingrecords kept by the charity and a comparison of the accounts presented with those
records. It also includes considering any unusual items or disclosures in the accounts and
seeking explanations from you as trustees Concerning any such matters.
The purpose of the examination isto provide an independent opinion. without the need for a full
audit. on whether the 8c¢ountsare consistentwith the charity'saccounting records and comply
with the relevant le8islation.
