The main activities were as follows:
1. Events.. During the last year, church
events have retumed to a normal pattern
following disruption caused by COV1￿19.
The weekty pattem is as follows:
A) Sunday all ages Sunday School
followed by fomial servi￿.
B) Mid-week: communty groups in homes,
with a central prayer meeting on the first
Wednesday of the month.
C) Thursday.. Focus meeting for students.
2. Employment of an Associate Minisler,
commencing September 2022 to assist the
Minister in the overall tasks of the church
and to take responsibility for work with
students.
3. Move to a new and larger venue from
September 2022 to accommodate
increased nurnbe￿ on a Sunday.
4. Further fund raising to enable the growth
of the church.
5. Atleviation of hardship within the church
and the City of Leeds, and further afield by
means of a collection at Sunday moming

At the end of this financial year. total
receipts vrfere £122.420.
This figure included intemal giving
amounting to £67,951 plus Gtft ￿d.
Payments amounted to £127,638. Major
costs induded the Ministers, stipends and
rental of accommodation required for the
futfilling of their dutiès, tcgether wrth venue
rental for Sunda and mid-week activities.
Reserves are held in order to facilitate the
pemianent establishment ofthe church.in
this context. the appointment of an
Associate Minister. Has now been made
and a larger venue has been rented. The
purchase of a pemanent church building
continues to be a priority At the end of this
financial year. total reserves amounted to
£160,823.
£4.389 of the reserves are restricted in
purpose leaving £156,434 available as
unrestrtcted reserves.

I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of Christ Church Central Leed51'the charity'l
for the year ended 30 September 2022 on pages I to 3 following.
Responstbilities and basis of report
As the trustees of the charity you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordan￿ with
the requirements of the Charitie5 Act 20111.the 2011 ACYI.
I report in respett of my examination of the charivs accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011
Act and in carying out my examination I have followed all the applicable Directions given by the Charity
Commission under section 14515llbl of the 2011 Act.

I have completed my examination. I confirni that no material matters have come to my attention in
connection with the examination gNing rne cause to believe that in any material respert:
l. accounting records were not kept in accordance with section 130 of the 2011 Act. or
2. the accounts do not accord with the accounting records.
I have no concerns and have come across no other matters in connection with the examination to which

payments are permitted by the charity's governing document.
