The trustee is pleased to present their report for the year ended 31[st] October 2024 for Crawley Charity Foundation CIO - charity number 1171482

## **OBJECTS** 

The main object of the charity is advancing or helping those who are in need in the community. And support those deprive people and telling them that it is not over yet, for they also belong to the society and part of the community in the West Sussex and its vicinity. 

## **STRUCTURE, GOVERANCE AND MANAGEMENT** 

The Charity Foundation is governed by a leadership team on which the trustees are represented. It meets to review, plan activities and monitor all its activities. 

## **ACHIEVEMENT AND PERFORMANCE** 

The Charity Foundation continues to develop itself in the community. The Charity Foundation will also continue to hold some activities that are open to the general public just to support the needy. 

## **FINANCIAL REVIEW** 

The income of the Charity Foundation is £ 0.00. This is exactly like the previous years because the foundation has not been active and it was due to the world epidemic issue of Convid-19 and Unexplainable hardship in the cost of living which has resulted in finances of the Church Members Contributions. So the Foundation hopes to continue its work in the 



coming years without any issues or problems that may try to interfere the activities of the Foundation. 

## **RISK MANAGEMENT** 

The charity have assessed all the major to which the charity is exposed to in particular those related to operations and finances of the charity and are satisfied that system are in place to mitigate exposure to major risks. 

## **TRUSTEE RESPONSIBILITITIES** 

Under the charities Act 1993, the trustees are required to prepare a statement of account for the each accounting year which gives a true and fair view of the state of the Foundation. They are requiring to: 

1. Select suitable accounting policies and apply them consistently. 

2. Make judgements and estimates that are reasonable and prudent. 

3. State whether the applicable accounting standards have been followed. 

4. Prepare financial statements on an ongoing basis. 

They are responsible for keeping proper records which disclose with reasonable accuracy the finance of the Foundation at any time and to ensure that such account comply with the charities act 1993. They also have a responsibility to safeguard the assets of the Foundation and to take reasonable steps to detect fraud or other irregularities approved by the trustees on 2017 and sign on their behalf by: 

## **INDIVIDUAL REPORT** 

I report on the account of the Foundation for the year ended 31[st] October 2024 set on the following pages which have been prepared on the basis of the accounting policies. Shown in corresponding pages. 

## **Basis of individual examiner’s report** 

My examination was carried out in according with the general direction given by the charity commissioners. An examination includes a review of the accounting records kept by the Foundation and a comparison of any unusual items or discloses in the accounts and seeking explanations from you as trustees concerning any such matters.  The procedures undertaken do not provide all the evidence that would be require in an audit and consequently I do not express an audit opinion on the view given by the accounts. 

In the course of my examination, no matter has come to my attention.
