**Objects:** TO PROTECT AND PROMOTE GOOD HEALTH AMONG PEOPLE OF ALL AGES LIVING WITH ARTHRITIS IN ROMSEY AND THE SURROUNDING AREA BY PROVIDING HYDROTHERAPY SESSIONS TO OPTIMISE PHYSICAL POTENTIAL BY ASSISTING MOVEMENT IN NON-WEIGHT BEARING EXERCISE IN WARM WATER DESIGNED TO REDUCE ARTHRITIC PAIN, STRENGTHEN MUSCLES AND IMPROVE GENERAL FITNESS.

**Activities:** Regional Arthritis Hydrotherapy Group offer group based hydrotherapy classes for adults suffering from arthritis in Romsey and the surrounding area. The classes in Southampton and Andover. The hydrotherapy sessions are designed to optimise physical potential by assisting movement in reduced weight bearing exercise. The sessions are run by a Chartered Physiotherapist.
