The ch3rity triistees are reSTKinsible for the bTeneral conirol And management bf the charity. The trust¢¢s
give their timi fr¢ely and receivc no remuneration or other financial benefits. The Board of -f¥ustees
¢onsisis of peoplc that ¢ollectively have the skills, expertis¢ and experience to ensur¢ that the Charity
is managed elY¢¢tiv¢ly. Where a vacancy arises a new trustee is apwinted only by the passing of a
resolution of the Board of 'fruste¢s.

Qur'an and Sunnah.

knowledge.

The advancement of both religious and rncial hamiony for the benefit of publi¢.
Our objectives are sd to reflee'k our faith and community aims. F.ach year our trknstees review our
obje¢tives pnd activities to ensure they Continue io reflect our asms. In currying out thi5 review the
trusiees hav¢ considered the Charity Commission's general guidance on public benefit and in particular
its supplemenlary public guidance on th¢ advancement of reliBioii f()r the piiblic b¢ii¢fit. Our aim
remain5 to provide a f￿1}Ity where Muslim5 can Worship and to Provide a eommunity facilily for all
the inhabitants of Bimiingham. Our long-t¢m ambition is lo build the self-confiden¢e of BiTmii)gh&m's
Muslims in iheir faith, and through our Lommunii faeilities and activitie5 help make nur area a
peaceful, vibrant and harnionious community.

Activitie
The charity ¢arrie5 Out a wide rdnge of activities in pur5uanee of its eharitsble aims. The trustees
consider ihai these activities to provide benefit both to those who worship at our Mosque and the wider
community of Birmingham.
Future Objective
The Charity hopes to raise rnor¢ fwids to furth¢ran¢e of its objectiv¢s.
Achlevement¥ perfonnance
The main achievements of the Charity during this year were to continu¢ su¢c¢ssfully with its main
activities in the furtherance of ils objectives. The Charity once again managed to raise a go(yJ amount
of money as donations.
The Charity signif2¢antly ¢XWdnded its educational outreach by organizing guest lectures from esteemed
scholars specializing in the sciences of the Qur'an. rtianks to th¢ generous support of its donors. the
eharity w&$ able to offer free eduLation io the local community. This success not only cnhanced the
harity's impact but also led to increased donor contribuLion5. Compared to the previous year, the
charity achieved the following additional milestones..
a) Fa¢ilitated free education for local residents by invitin8 VlSitin8 scholars who are experts in
Sufism, Qur'anic studies, and other Islamic sciences.
b) Provi(led Imam Services for Ihe five daily prayers.
c) Offercd free cducational cours¢s acTOSS th¢ ¢nuHtry. ¢xtendin8 tts reach to a wider audience.
d) Supplied free water, daces, and fruits to the IocE41 community during Rainad8n to break Ih¢ir
fast5.
e) Made a charitable donation to support another educational initia¢iv¢.
This pro8re55 reflects the chaTity's growing ability to meet th¢ n¢¢ds of the community and further its
mi5sian of acKessible educarion and spiritual sup￿)rt.

Charity saw a signifieani increase in donations from rnembeTS and the ¢ommunity, driven by the
positive feedbuL,k from leamers who benefiied frorn the free ¢ducation#l courses offered locally and
nationally across the UK. The Charity has regular donors plus a few sin8le donation5. It is envi5agcd
that this regulur funding will continue for the foreseeable future.
Future Plany
The charity's aims and objectives remain steadfast. with plans to ¢ontin
its vitsl work. It plays a
crucial role in enhancing the well-being and d¢velopment of ￿ople of all ages, and marginalized
cc>mmunities across Birmingharn. Through a diverse ran¥e of initiative5 focused on education,
spirituality, p(?vcrty allcviation, and Lommunity development, the charity is making a significwit and
lasting differ¢n¢e in the lives of those it serveg.
