## L21 Community Judo Club Annual Trustee Report 

During this financial year we have made a loss to the charities finances due to rising costs and additional items having to be added to the centres security measures. 

Although we have tried hard to reduce our outgoings we have still struggled to make our bill demands, it has by far been the hardest year we have had. 

We have continued our work with the CIC trading from the centre in the form of community gatherings, bingos, Christmas table sales and other activities. 

We have sadly lost some centre users due to rising costs beyond our  control. 

We have also tried to keep supporting as many children into sport that we can offering many free lessons to local school children, hoping to increase fitness and self worth. 

This year seen us look to replace windows, have a repaint of the main hall and the main reception was remodelled to have a larger area for local residents have a chat and a relaxing hot drink, we introduced a new unisex toilet option that allowed us to remove one set of toilets and make the larger area possible.
