**Objects:** THE PROMOTION OF COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION IN HEALTHY RECREATION FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF LIVERPOOL L21 BY THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR JUDO.
