To relieve financial hardship of owners of companion animals by providing financial assistance, help and advice regarding the neutering of their animals;

The charity continues to provide financial assistance to those in need of help regarding neutering of companion animals and other assistance as required. 

The charity has been severely affected by coronavirus due to the impact it has had on veterinary services. This has had a huge impact on the number of animals we have been able to help this year. 

Neutering Animals in Merseyside can confirm that the trustees have read the guidance issued by the charity Commission on public benefit.

## Section D                      Achievements and performance 

**Summary of the main achievements of the charity during the year** 

2022 was another challenging year for NAIM, due to recovering from the covid crisis. But we have been able to get back out working in the community and have resumed working with local vets. 

We neutered the following animals: Dog: 32. Male = 15 female = 17 Rabbit: 17. Male = 9 female = 8 Ferret = 3 

We have also helped numerous cats.
