## **HAMSEY CHURCH TRUST** ## **ANNUAL REPORT OF THE TRUSTEES** The present trustees are Nicholas Lear (Chair) and Andrew Featherstone ## Annual Accounts The accounts for the year ended 31[st] December 2025 were approved at a meeting in August. The only receipts were COIF deposit fund interest of £368. The only payment was a grant of £15,000 to the Hamsey Restoration Fund for internal plaster repair and repainting. As a result cash held reduced by £14,632 to £8,938.. At year end investments were valued at £168,453.. Total assets thus stood at £177,391. ## Financial Update As at end June 2022 the value of the invested funds was little changed at £168,647.
