Trustee Report for the period ending 31/01/2023 

Trustees reviewed and followed up with the charity’s work based on progress made about the task assigned for further research. 

After researching the possible technological ways, the following was decided: 

1. Using the already collected content of the electronic resources. 

2. Designing the TEIR site as a resource site and a distribution hub. 

3. Uploading the content to the site. 

4. Developing QR based links for the resources on the site. 

5. Developing Cards, Stickers and posters with those QR codes. 

6. Printing and distributing them to the public. 

It was also decided to restart fundraising to be able to cover the expenses.
