**Activities:** The School of Meditation teaches a simple and effective form of meditation designed for people living in the modern world. This meditation helps people find rest and discover their inner being. The school supports meditators for as long as they wish, and offers regular meetings where they can explore the teachings behind the meditation and benefit from meditating in the company of others.
