**seeing a lot of children with complex**
**additional needs also many with speech**
**and language difficulties . We have**
**supported many families over the last**
**year successfully with helping with**
**EHCPs and additional funding to enable**
**many children to get extra support in the**
**setting,00 as well as training staff in**
**specific areas . Families are still**
**struggling financially as the cost of**
**living is still rising . we have tried to keep**
**our non funding children’s fees down .**
**Our staff are constantly updating**
**training and refreshing Makaton. We use**
**Makaton continually to help all children .**
**we feel that staff personal development**
**within the early years is very**
**important .we have had children with**
**English as a second language and have**
**been giving opportunities to promote**
**cultural capital experiences . 000 All**
**children that attended littlepips over the**
**accounting period had achieved and**
**reached their full potentials. All staff**
**personal development and their well**
**beings were looked after and supported**
**over the year. We are still being sent**
**children with additional needs from**
**professionals and the LA. We continue to**
**work with our LA accessing their training,**
**the local authority have supported us**
**through transitions and other relevant**
**training . we continue to provide**
**opportunities and experiences for all**
**children with outings and trips to local**
**parks and the farm we try to promote**
**family events such as Christmas**
**workshop and summer fayres , yoga**
**and music sessions are in weekly plans .**
**We have aimed to provide the children**
**with the tools to be resilient ,confident**
**and prepare them for the next stages of**
**their journeys into adult life. .Our service**
**as benefited many families that have**
**children that have disabilities many with**
**autism and other syndromes this us**
**given us lots of experience which we**
**have been able to pass on to**
**parents/carers. We have also helped**
**young adults that have learning**
**disabilities by enabling them to do**
**placements and volunteer at the setting .**
**between 2024 and 2025 we have**| **continued to work closely with all students studying to become practitioners also work experience opportunities for young adults to see if that would like a career in childcare giving them 00placements and work experience .
