We have**<br>**supported many families over the last**<br>**year successfully with helping with**<br>**EHCPs and additional funding to enable**<br>**many children to get extra support in the**<br>**setting,00 as well as training staff in**<br>**specific areas  . Families are still**<br>**struggling  financially as the cost of**<br>**living is still rising . we have tried to keep**<br>**our non funding  children’s fees down  .**<br>**Our staff are constantly updating**<br>**training and refreshing  Makaton. We use**<br>**Makaton  continually to help all children .**<br>**we feel that staff personal development**<br>**within the early years is very**<br>**important .we have had  children with**<br>**English as a second language and have**<br>**been giving opportunities to promote**<br>**cultural capital experiences . 000 All**<br>**children that attended littlepips over the**<br>**accounting period had achieved and**<br>**reached their full potentials. All staff**<br>**personal development and their well**<br>**beings were looked after and supported**<br>**over the year. We are still being sent**<br>**children with additional needs  from**<br>**professionals and the LA. We continue to**<br>**work with our LA accessing their training,**<br>**the local authority  have supported us**<br>**through transitions and other relevant**<br>**training  . we continue to provide**<br>**opportunities and experiences for all**<br>**children with outings and trips to local**<br>**parks and the farm we try to promote**<br>**family events such as Christmas**<br>**workshop  and summer fayres , yoga**<br>**and music sessions are in weekly plans  .**<br>**We have aimed to provide the children**<br>**with the tools to be resilient ,confident**<br>**and prepare them for the next stages of**<br>**their journeys into adult life. .Our service**<br>**as benefited many families that have**<br>**children that have disabilities many with**<br>**autism and other syndromes this us**<br>**given us lots of experience which we**<br>**have been able to pass on to**<br>**parents/carers. We have also helped**<br>**young adults that have learning**<br>**disabilities by enabling them to do**<br>**placements and volunteer at the setting .**<br>**between 2024 and 2025 we have**|





**continued to work closely with all students studying to become practitioners also work experience opportunities for young adults to see if that would like a career in childcare giving them 00placements and work experience . We also work with the church whom we rent the setting  and they promote the setting for us,in their newsletter etc. we have held summer and winter fayres inviting  families from the local community this ensure we get to know a lot of the local residents, this is also a way we promote the setting .we are lucky that we get families returning with siblings.**
