These children<br>that had been identified with<br>language delay were given extra<br>support and they progressed and<br>reached their full potential  when<br>transition to primary schools. Our<br>staff had speech and language<br>training and refreshed Makaton<br>training. Makaton is used<br>continually to help all children .it<br>is also very good for children with<br>English as a second language. Our<br>children that where diagnosed<br>with additions needs 2 of them<br>were awarded EHCP plans that we<br>supported  . We also support many<br>other children that had other<br>needs. All staff did first aid<br>training ,we then decided it we be<br>great for the nursery to provide a<br>defibrillator in the local area which<br>would be  accessible to the church<br>as well . We raised enough money<br>to do this by holding different<br>events in the community . All<br>children that attended littlepips<br>over the accounting period had<br>achieved and reached their full<br>potentials. All staff were well<br>monitored for their personal<br>development and their well beings<br>. we have become well known in<br>the local area through our work<br>with children with SEN especially .<br>**----- End of picture text -----**<br>
