## Annual Report for The Friends of Drumbeat 

Charity no: 1171237 Year ending 31st March 2022

During the year to date the charity has not been able to fundraise apart from donations via shopping portals; this is due to the pandemic. 

The trustees are: 

Marie Neave – Executive Headteacher 

Kathryn Donnelly – Chair (Chair of Governors) Until 31[st] December 2021 

Madeleine Gabriel Chair (Chair of Governors) from 1[st] January 2022 

Seán Richings – Treasurer (School Business Director) 

Sheryl Aitcheson-Labarr – Secretary (Extended Services Manager) 

Ms Donnelly was a Trustee until Christmas 2021, she resigned as Chair of Governors. 

Ms Gabriel became chair at that point. 

Elections have not been held this year. 

Attached are the financial accounts. These are available for inspection at the school by appointment.
