|Summary of the main<br>achievements of the charity,<br>identifying the difference the<br>charity’s work has made to<br>the circumstances of its<br>beneficiaries and any wider<br>benefits to society as a<br>whole.|Para 1.20|Regular users were as follows:<br>Boogie Nights – exercise to music.<br>Belly Dancing/Indian Dance classes. These<br>are new classes that started in October<br>2021.<br>Pilates – 2 separate classes, the second of<br>which is a new class that started in<br>September 2021.<br>Unfortunately Yoga classes have not<br>recommenced following the Covid19<br>pandemic. This is because the teacher has<br>given up, due to ill health.<br>Carpet bowls.<br>Table tennis.<br>Women’s Institute.<br>Rumburgh Parish Council meetings.<br>Three Saints South Elmham Parish Council<br>meetings.<br>Coffee mornings were held monthly and<br>following the invasion of Ukraine, the<br>proceeds were donated to the Ukrainian<br>appeal.<br>The winter whist sessions started in<br>October but were not continued due to poor<br>attendance. This was thought to be due to<br>people still not wanting to congregate due<br>to worries about Covid-19.<br>Old Glory Molly dancers used the hall for<br>practice during the autumn.<br>A charity walk and BBQ was held on 4th<br>September 2021, for which the village hall<br>trustees funded the BBQ. £490 was raised<br>and donated to the East Anglian Air<br>Ambulance.<br>A dance was held on Saturday 4thJune<br>2022, followed by a lunch on Sunday 5th<br>June 2022, in celebration of the Queen’s<br>platinum jubilee.|

|Other||A May Day fete was not held this year as<br>all efforts were put into organising a<br>celebration for the Queen’s platinum<br>jubilee.<br>A harvest supper was organised for<br>October 2021 but had to be cancelled due<br>to lack of interest. This was attributed to<br>people’s worry about congregating in close<br>proximity to others, following the Covid-19<br>pandemic.|

## **Hall ownership** 

Ownership of the hall was transferred to the CIO on 16th April 2019, under a scheme registered with the Charity Commission, reference number 69/1920. 

The property is held as permanent endowment.
