Cardiff Book Festival Trustees Annual Report and Accounts 2023-24

The charity has been dormant and undertook no public activity or events since before the 2023-24 accounting period or since then. As a result, the trustees, as of July 2025, are in the process of winding up the charity. We are in the process of completing all necessary paperwork to do this. It is noted by the trustees that the charity has no debt and in fact has a small surplus of £114 in its bank account. This was dispensed with by being donated to another charity operating in the same field as required by the Cardiff Book Festival Charity Constitution.
