The charity is run by three trustees who are all founder members.
No new trustees were appointed in the financial year April 2019 - March 2020
All trustees were involved in the organisation and operation of activities related to it’s aims.
All trustees are duly appointed as per the Foundation Constitution in the clause detailed below:
- (a) New Trustees may be recruited to the Board at any time by the Trustees. In selecting individuals for appointment as Trustees, the Trustees must have regard to the skills, knowledge and experience needed for the effective administration of the CIO.
