**Objects:** THE PROMOTION OF SOCIAL INCLUSION FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT AMONG MIGRANTS, INCLUDING REFUGEES AND ASYLUM SEEKERS, WHO ARE SOCIALLY EXCLUDED ON THE GROUNDS OF THEIR SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES, PREVENTING THEM FROM BECOMING SOCIALLY EXCLUDED AND ASSISTING THEM TO INTEGRATE INTO SOCIETY, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY IDENTIFYING THEIR NEEDS AND PROVIDING SUPPORT TO: A) ADVANCE THEIR EDUCATION TO ENABLE THEM TO ADJUST TO LIFE IN A NEW SOCIETY; B) PROMOTE THE HEALTH AND WELL-BEING OF THEM AND THEIR FAMILIES; AND C) RELIEVE FINANCIAL HARDSHIP.
