## **Financial Review**

Review of the charity’s Para 1.21 The Charity has struggled with low
financial position at the end income & high costs, resulting in excess
of the period of expenditure over income. The Charity
continues to receive valuable income
from rehoming ponies.
Statement explaining the Para 1.22 Ideally the Charity would like to maintain
policy for holding reserves a 6 month financial reserve to cover
stating why they are held running costs. Unfortunately we still
experience high demand for help with
neglected ponies and continue to help
where we can.

## **Independent Examination of Accounts for the year ended 30[th] September 2023**
My examination was carried out in accordance with general directions of the Charities Commission CC32. This includes a review of accounting records of the charity and final accounts and explanations of any items where required. In line with requirements, I have not carried out an audit of the accounts.
No matters have come to my attention which give me any cause for concern with respect to record keeping and preparation of accounts of the Charity.
