**requesting help & through neglect & suffering of equines. It is evident that the cost of living crisis has increased the risk in these matters and sadly the risk of donations to decrease due to people having less funds available. It also means there is less demand for ponies being offered a home and ponies need to stay with the Charity longer which increases costs. The decision to pay for yard work has put a further strain on Charity resources.** Other

## Accounts prepared by T Minister (Trustee) 25/04/2025,

on behalf of Welsh Pony Rescue & Rehoming Charitable Trust

Date: 05/05/2025

## **Re: Welsh Pony Rescue & Rehoming Charitable Trust**

## **Independent Examination of Accounts for the year ended 30[th] September 2023**

My examination was carried out in accordance with general directions of the Charities Commission CC32. This includes a review of accounting records of the charity and final accounts and explanations of any items where required. In line with requirements, I have not carried out an audit of the accounts.

No matters have come to my attention which give me any cause for concern with respect to record keeping and preparation of accounts of the Charity.

## **Regards**

**Katie Garner – Partner Manager**
