**Objects:** THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE: THE RELIEF OF POVERTY, PRESERVATION OF HEALTH AND ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION OF ORPHANED AND UNDER PRIVILEGED CHILDREN LIVING IN THE ISLAND OF UKEREWE, TANZANIA. IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY THE PROVISION OF SCHOOL UNIFORMS, EXERCISE BOOKS AND PENCILS TO ENABLE THEM TO ATTEND SCHOOL THROUGH WORKING WITH A LOCAL NGO CALLED LAKE VICTORIA CHILDRENS SOCIETY WITH THEIR OUTREACH PROGRAMMES.

**Activities:** We operate on the Island of Ukerewe, Tanzania. Our main activity is raising funds to purchase school uniforms, exercise books, pens and pencils to enable orphaned and disadvantaged children the opportunity to attend school and gain an education. We fund the purchase of Solar Lights for homes that do not have electricity. In addition we operate a health Fund  to enable sick children to receive help
