THE NON-CONTACT BOXING IS DESIGNED TO ASSIST WITH THE DEVELOPMENT OF SELF-CONFIDENCE, FEELINGS OF SELF-WORTH, SELF-RESPECT AND DISCIPLINE. THE WELLBEING PROGRAMME WILL ASSIST WITH THE DEVELOPMENT OF SELF-CONFIDENCE, FEELINGS OF SELF-WORTH, SELF-RESPECT AND MENTAL ILL HEALTH.
