To advance education and relieve need in Africa in such a way as the Trustees may from time to time determine, in particular but not exclusively by the provision of educational programmes, learning resources and feeding programmes in schools and local communities.

During the year, due the world-wide COVID-19 pandemic, The Bouncing Ball Trust have been unable to undertake its usual fundraising activities. This has an impact on our ability to support NGO’s in Kenya.  We were able to provide a grant to The ICON Project in Kenya, whose aims are like the Trust’s. 

The Trustees have had regard to the guidance issued by the Charity Commission on public benefit.

The Trustees acknowledge the financial support from our supporters during the year, which has enabled the charity to sustain itself during the world-wide COVID-19 pandemic.

Section D                      Achievements and performance 

**Summary of the main** Following the closure of our partner school in April 2018, the Trustees **achievements of the charity** have agreed that we should fundraise to build our own primary school in **during the year** the Kangawa Zone of Ngong.  However this fundraising activity was largely placed on hold due to the world-wide COVID-19 pandemic having an impact on our fundraising capability.
