**Activities:** Alumah tackles the long term impact of domestic violence on clients of all races and genders in West Suffolk.  We empower clients to access support and change their thought patterns and behaviour to avoid future abusive relationships.we offer: 1.  3 core group programmes.2.  A safe space for long term informal support and networking.3.  An outreach programme to local young people
