The trustees present their report with the financial statement5 of the charty for the year ended
31 December 2023. The trustees have adopted the provisions of Accounling and Reporting by Charities..

Objertives and aims
l.Advancement of the Jewish Religion.
2.To promote harmony, tolerance and understanding between people of different religions
3.To promote research into causes and treatment of all type5 of cancer
4. The relief of persons in need suffering from cancer and other diseases.
Si8nificant activities
During 2023. the tru5tee5 continued their focus on the prodLJCtion of videos to disseminate informatton in
relation to cancer research. In addition. the trustees conSide￿d means of raising capital to fund future
donations and obtained the Charity COMM￿S1On'S consent for Dr Glaser to purchase a proportion of the
Foundation's interest in 14 Campden St￿et.
FINANCIAL REVIEW
Reserves policy
Maintain sufficient reserves to cover the running expenses of the charity.
FUTURE PLANS
Into 2024. the trustees intend to complete the purchase of the Inte￿$t in 14 Campden Street

ACCOUIfflNG POUCIES
Basis of preparing the financial statements
The financial statements of the charity, which is a public benefrt entsty under FRS 102, have been
prepared in accordance with the Charitie5 SORP IFRS 1021 'Accounting and Reporting by Charities-.
Statement of Recommended Prartice applicable lo charities preparing their accounts in accordance
wrth the Financial Reporting Standard applKable in the UK and Republic of Ireland IFRS 1021 (effective
l January 20191,. Financial Reporting Standard 102 'The Financial Reporting Stantlard applicable in the
UK and Republic of Ireland. and the Charrtie5 Ad 2011. The financk?I statements have been prepared
under the hislorical cost convention.
Income
All income is reeognised in the Statement of Financial Artwi(ies once the charity has entitlement to the
funds. it is probable that the income will be received and the amount can be measured reliablv.
Expenditure
Liabilities are ￿cOgnised as expenditu￿ as s(K>n as there is a *al or construrtive obligation
committing ihe charity to that expenditure. tl is probable thai a transfer of economic benefits will be
required in settlement and the amount of the obligation can be measured reliab￿. Expenditure 15
accounted for on an accruals basis and has been classified under heading5 that ag6regate all cost
related to the category. whe￿ costs cannot be directty attributed to particular headings they have
been allocated to aCtiv[t￿ on a basis consistent with the use of resources.
Grants offered subject to condrrtions which have not been met at the year end (late are note(l as a

10. RELATED PARTY DISCLOSURES
Durin8 2020 the Trustee Dr Mark Gla5er donated 25% of a property - 14 Campden Street - to the
Charity for £5C(I,fX)J. During 2022 Dr Glaser pjchased back 3% of this property for £57,750 which
represented a capital loss on the 3% of £2,250.
Of this £57,750. Or Glaser paid back £38,750 to the Charity in the year and the remaining £19,Cm was
paid in the earty part of 2023.
