Re8erves Policy The Charities reseprfes policy is to maintain resenrfes at a level adequate to protect its ongoing wotk from srgnificarrt fluctuations in service income. This policy is reviewed annually. The Charity aims to hold sufficient reserves to cover three months running costs plus statutory r8dundancy costs.
