# **SIDFORD TENNIS CLUB CIO 1170839** # **ACCOUNTS FOR THE YEAR TO 31st DECEMBER 2021** SIDFORD TENNIS CLUB CIO ## Charity number 1170839 Trustees report for the year 1/1/21 - 31/12/21 Membership numbers/tennis activity Membership numbers grew again in 2021, 123 adult members at 31/12/21 (91 adult members at 31/12/20) Club sessions were well supported with positive feedback. A new adult coaching session was introduced on a Saturday and a new weekly social session started on Sundays. A new court booking system is being introduced. It is hoped that this will make getting on the courts more straightforward, particularly for newer members of the tennis club who are less familiar with what takes place in the week typically. ## Finances Cash funds held at 31/12/21 totalled £40,391, this is an increase of £9,377 from the £31,014 held at 31/12/20. This was largely due to the exceptional income totalling £16,097 of Retail, Hospitality & Leisure grants (covid) in the year. The club undertook court repainting in the year. ## Other A lease renewal was signed in the year.
