**Objects:** TO PROVIDE OR ASSIST IN THE PROVISION OF A RECREATIONAL DAY CENTRE TO FACILITATE THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR RECREATION OR OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION AND SUPPORT FOR INDIVIDUALS WHO LIVE IN WORCESTERSHIRE AND THE SURROUNDING AREAS AND WHO HAVE NEED OF SUCH FACILITIES BY REASON OF THEIR DISABILITY, AGE, YOUTH, INFIRMITY, FINANCIAL HARDSHIP OR SOCIAL CIRCUMSTANCES WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE.

**Activities:** The objective for which this charity is established is to provide a Recreational Day Centre to support individuals who livein Worcs or the surrounding area in recreation or other leisure time occupation. This provision sets out toimprove the conditions of life for those who have need of such facilities through disability, age, youth, infirmity, financialhardship or social circumstances.
