years old, the main aim of the charity is to
set up groups for drfferent age ranges in
the area and for th8 P8ople in
surrounding areas. Young Feople under the
age of 18 will benefft from using the groups

esteem projects, training and youth led
projects. will be focusing on
encouraging young people to engage in the
commun

(1) Functions and dutie8 of charity trustee8
The chanty trustees shall manage the affalrs of the CIO and
may forthat purpose exercise all the powe￿ of the CIO. It is
the duty of each thanty trustee:

Apart from the first Chanty trustees,
every trustee must be appointed for
tem of one year by a resolution pa$8ed
at a propedy convened meeting of the
charity trustee8.
In selecting indivmluals for appointment

must have regard to the skills,
knowledge and experience needed for
the effective administration of the CIO.

practice of the appointing body. To

Three gignalories are required on the bank cheques. Any fraudulent actNrty wll be rewrted to the
management committee and also the Chanty Commi8sk)n.
The Chanty fees wll be charged for any attendan￿ funded by the LA. Any Sddit￿nal se88￿S not
