Section D Achievements and performance Over the eight year of running as a charity. we have now distributed over 750,000 awareness cards around England and Wales. This has been achieved via two outlets. requests from our website and sample card packages we have been sending out via a medical supplies company in their customer orders. Summary of the main achievements of the charity during the year We created a plan back in 2023 to get more of our awareness cards out to businesses and individuals through 2024 and beyond. This was achieved by creating a sample card pack which is 6 cards wrapped in a small paper flyer held together with a paperclip. This sample pack is distributed via a medical supplies company who put a pack into each customer order. We sent out tens of thousands of these packs through 2024 and have seen an uptake in the requests for packslposters via our website. During 2024, we also updated the website so we now know how the requester heard about us which allows us to monitor if our campaign is working. The sample pack is fully recyclable so we are keeping up our environmental governance and we have achieved this in the cheapest way possible to ensure good use of charitable funds. We had 23 requests through 2024 for our awareness packs which was a significant increase on the requests in 2023. TAR March 2012
