## Accounting Policies
1 Basis of Preparation
The financial statements have been prepared under historical cost convention and in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard.
## 2 Fund Accounting
General funds are available for use at the discretion of the directors in furtherance of the general objecüves of the charity and have not been designed for other purposes. Donations, legacies, and interest on deposits are accounted for in the year in which they are received.
## 3 Resources Expended
Resources expended are accounted for on an accrual basis and have been dassified under headings that aggregate ail costs related to the category. Where costs cannot be directly atributed to paröcular headings, they have been allocated to activities on a basis consistent with the use of resources.
## 4 Depredaöon
Depreciaöon has been computed to write off the cost of tangible fixed assets meer their upected useful lives using the following rates: - Fixture, Fifings & Equipment -15%
