## **DUKE OF BUCCLEUCH BARNWELL TRUST Report of the Trustees 2024/25** 

During this financial period the Trust has continued to maintain the Princess Alice Centre to a high level. The building has had regular maintenance and great efforts have been taken to preserve the building. 

As of March 2025 the Princess Alice Centre has been leased to On Track Education. Plans have been submitted and approved for sympathetic amendments to the building in order to evolve it into a more suitable building for modern educational purposes. 

Once works have been completed the Princess Alice Centre will once again be used to provide specialist educational services to local children.
