learning resources
The Mac computers previously wrchased for the Must department from prior year grants were upgraded to
prolong their life, whi&t new heajphones were purL*ased lo allow for excellent sound qualty. For those students
sitting public examinations for the first time sinc* 2019. they found the access lo such equipment made a great
difference to the wmpletion ol their GCSE and A Level coursework.
Whilst the Music department utoraded, the Art department ao]uired new machines. lo allow them to aeate a
progressive department thinking about the future trot can adapt to the changes By forward thinking, the school rs
hoping that the struggles that such a sector in(JJrred due to the COVID pandemic wll be a thing of the past, as the
pupils al the school can have wonderful artistic otwrtunities.

despite rising costs and government funding strategies that have not a￿yS kept pace wrth this. The Framlingham
Foundation Funding has prOV￿ed a level of certainty would otherwse not have and rts. funding is superbly
managed by Richard and Nikki lo ensure best value for our students and the long term plans of the d￿artMentS
they run.

The charty donated further ftjnds lo Framlingham Paiochial Chureh Council, lo facilrf(ate the continuation of an
educational program for chikjren of Sir Robert HrtL*am CEVA Primary School as part of'sing Praise,. This donation
continued to allow the expansion to the curriculum tsnefitting the children.
Lastly. the foundation continued to grant youThJ aP￿l¢8n1S funds under The Ed Sheeran Suffolk Music Foundation,
fund. ESSMF a charitable music foundalion which aims lo help young people under the age of 18, and living in
Suffolk IUKI. with small but useful grants lo help wth studying or playing music These grants could be used for
almost anything, such as bJying an instrument. funth'ng your music stud*s, or paying for rehearsal space.
Financial review
11 is the policy of the charty that unrestricted fijnds which have not ken desgnaled for a swcific use should be
maintained al a level to allow the work of the charty to continue going fo￿ard The trustees consider that resetves
at this level wll ensure that, in the event of a ggnificant drop in funding or any unexpected bul necessary
expenditure, that they wll be able to continue the tharty's ¢)Jrrenl actwrties. Ythile considerab'on ts gven lo ways in
which add(tional funds may be raised
Structure. governance and management
The charity is a company limited by guarantee govemed by its Memorandum and Articles of association. It is
registerèd as a charity wrth the Charty Commission and there are currently 3 trustees. all of whom do not have a
beneficial interest in the company.

The charty currently has no employed staff. with the routine business of the trust being carried OLrt by the trustees.
The management of the charities assets are moni(oraJ by the board of trustees solely. The trustees nEel regularly
