**Objects:** THE RELIEF OF SICKNESS AND SUFFERING AND THE PROMOTION OF HEALTH OF CHILDREN AND YOUNG ADULTS DURING AND AFTER THE DIAGNOSIS AND TREATMENT OF CANCER BY THE ONCOLOGY DEPARTMENTS AT SOUTHAMPTON GENERAL HOSPITAL, AND THEIR FAMILIES, BY THE PROVISION OF PRACTICAL AND FINANCIAL HELP INCLUDING SUPPORT FOR MEMORY MAKING

**Activities:** Supporting children, teenagers, young adults and their families, across the South Coast of England, having been diagnosed with cancer, and being treated at Southampton General Hospital. We offer financial and practical support through grant giving, and also we help families with the opportunity to make some family memories.
