We also saw<br>an increase in individuals/families getting in<br>touch to request well-being checks and<br>sign posting to statutory services by our<br>social welfare volunteer advisors.<br>We saw an increase in donations of food<br>and essentials which we redistributed.<br>Families and individuals were made aware<br>of how to access specialist support<br>services and apply for additional help for<br>example we supported parents and carers<br>who faced digital exclusion in filling forms<br>for access to laptops, tablets, and fuel<br>cards , mobile top ups etc due to covid<br>lockdown, job loss, low income, disability<br>etc and this enabled children and young<br>people to access school work, and families<br>make connections etc|
