I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts ol the above charity for the year ended
31 March 2026.
Responsibiliknes and basis of the report.. As the charity iru5tees. you are responsible for the
preparation of the accounts in accordance wtth the Icharities Act 20111-the ACVI.
I report in respect of my examination of ihe Trust's accounts carried out under section 145 of the
2011 Act and in carrying out my examinaiion. I have followed all the applicable Directions given by
the Charity Commission under settion 14515llbl of the Act.
Independent examinerfs statement= I have completed my examination. I confimi that no materlal
matters have come to my attention in connection with the examination which give me cause to
believe that, in any material respecL.'
The accounting record5 were not kept in accordance wrth section 130 of the Act- or

The accounts did r￿t comply with the applicable requirements concerning the form and
content of accounts set out in the Charitie5 (Accounts and Reports) Regulations 2(X)8 other

I have no concerns ènd have come across no other matters in connection with the
