**Summary of the main achievements of the charity during the year**
The results for the year, and the charity's financial position at the end of the period, are shown in the attached financial statements. During the year the charity supported educational projects within the Charity’s objectives. In particular:
- A packed programme of outdoor events and creative workshops for children during Wealden Festival
- Residencies for artists and authors
- Work experience for students and young adults during Wealden Festival
- A packed programme of events and workshops for adults led by leading writers, poets and artists during Wealden Festival

**Brief statement of the charity’s policy on reserves**
The Charity has completed its sixth financial year. The Trustees recognise the importance of maintaining a realistic level of unrestricted reserves in future to ensure that adequate funds are available to enable the charity to continue in its activities in the event of a drop in funding or any significant event. The Charity aims to achieve reserves equivalent to 6 months’ expenditure.

I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above
charity ("the Trust") for the year ended 3110312022.
Responsibilities and As the charity trustees of the Trust, you are responsible for the preparation
basis of report of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act
2011 ("the Act ).
I report in respect of my examination of the Trust's accounts carried out
