**Activities:** Raise & target money to maintain, insure and improve the beautiful churches of the Deverill Valley in Wiltshire and their fixtures and fittings and possessions but not contribute to the liturgical and related functions of the Church of England; and to cooperate with and support the Parochial Church Council of the Deverills and Horningsham or its successor in the spending of that money
