Page 2 FULL IA Charitable Incorporated Organisation) REPORT OF THE TRUSTEES YEAR ENDED 31 MARCH 2025 OBJECTIVES AND AcfiviTIES The objects of the CIO are to promote social inclusion for the public benefit by preventin8 people becoming socially excluded, relieving the needs of those people who are socially excluded and assisting them to integrate into society. The main focus of the CIO'S work is within the north of England, Hull, Yorkshire and Lincolnshire. FULL has initially become a catering buslness but with the scope to diversify into other areas. The ethos of the CIO is to enhance the skills of the socially disadvantaged with the aim of increasing their chances of employment. The trustees regularly review the objectives and activities of the CIO and, as part of their review, they have considered the Charity Commission's general guidance on public benefit. ACHIEVEMENTS AND PERFORMANCE Over the last 12 months, we have focused on planning and developing a comprehensive training programme which will aim to give opportunities for those in long-term unemployment to gain skills and experience to move them closerto employment. This has included applying for grants and preparing to launch a fundraising campaign later in 2025 to enable the programme to launch. Whilst doing this, we have continued to partner with Jubilee Church Hull to deliver basic cookery skills courses through Jubilee Life College with the aim of building a cohort of potential students once the new training programme has launched. We have also supported Jubilee Church Hull, in the preparation for opening a new café in early 2026 where we hope that those successfully engaging with our project, will be able to get hands-on work experience and/or employrnent.

Page 3 FULL (A Charitable Incorporated Or8anisation) REPORT OF THE TRUSTEES YEAR ENDED 31 MARCH 2025 FINANCIAL REVIEW During the year under review, total income exceeded expenditure by £1279. This was due to receiving a donation from the Matthew Good Foundation to kickstart our fundraising for the new training programme. We did not receive any grant funding or engage in any income generating activities. Full does not having outstanding liabilities. Due to the financial position of the CIO, the trustees are considerin8 the long-term future of the CIO and what changes are required to ensure long-term viability. Plans for the next year include: Launch fundraising campaign fortralning programme and apply forgrant funding. Finalise training programme and launch once finance is secured. Create a sustainable long-term business plan. Investment Policy The CIO'S surplus funds are retained on a current account with Unity Trust Bank. Reserves Policy It is the trustees, arnbition to achieve cash-backed unrestricted funds, which are the free reserves of the CIO, of six months running costs. Due to the reduced activity, currently six- month running costs are approximately £110 and therefore the CIO met this target on 31 March 2025. To launch the training programme, we need to increase unrestricted funds from the current position of £2184 to approximately £15,000. Should there be an increase in activities then resenies should be closely rnonitored to ensure, adequate reserves to support the work of the CIO Approval The report was approved by the trustees on and signed on their behalf by: D.P. Fryer Trustee
