**Objects:** THE PROVISION AND MAINTENANCE OF A VILLAGE HALL FOR THE USE OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE PARISH OF HENBURY AND BRENTRY IN THE CITY OF BRISTOL (THE AREA OF BENEFIT) WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS, INCLUDING USE FOR:(A MEETINGS, LECTURES AND CLASSES, AND(B OTHER FORMS OF RECREATION AND LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION, WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE INHABITANTS.

**Activities:** The Hall trustees maintain and improve the fine historic building, garden and large car park so that a wide range of community groups, other organisations and local residents can use the hall for their chosen activities. The large hall is suitable for public meetings, weddings and parties, etc. Annual events hosted by the Hall have includes an Art Show, Flower/Garden Show and a Christmas Party.
