Objects: (1) For The Public Benefit To Promote And Facilitate The Education Of Persons From Diverse, Underprivileged Or Challenging Backgrounds In Any Fields Involving Property Studies Or Real Estate In The United Kingdom In Such Ways As The Charity Trustees Think Fit, Including By: (a) Awarding To Such Persons Scholarships, Maintenance Allowances Or Grants Tenable At Any University, College Or Institution Of Higher Or Further Education; And(b) Providing Their Education, To Undertake Travel In Furtherance Of That Education Or To Prepare For Entry To Any Related Occupation, Trade Or Profession On Leaving Any Educational Establishment. (2) To Assist In Such Ways As The Charity Trustees Think Fit Any Charity, School, University Or Other Educational Establishment In The United Kingdom Whose Aims Include Advancing Education Of People From Diverse, Underprivileged Or Challenging Backgrounds In Any Fields Involving Property Studies Or Real Estate In The United Kingdom. (3) For The Public Benefit To Promote Learning And The Development Of Skills Of Persons Currently Working In Any Fields Involving Property Or Real Estate Who May For Any Reason Not Otherwise Have Access To Such Learning Or Development.
