TRUSTEES' ANNUAL REPORT
CEF purpose
CEF purpose is to advance the education of the public in the Qur'an, Qur'anic Arabic and Islamic studies in such ways as the charity trustees see fit, including but not limited to developing curriculum, books, e-learning materials, training and online support to educational establishments. Provide a comprehensive range of courses and course materials to train and support quality education.
Key Achievements
We continue to work voluntarily to teach and provide support to learning of Arabic to understand Quran. We do not employ any paid staff, part-time or full-time. This has helped us in minimising our costs and focus on volunteers delivering courses.
This year we have delivered the following courses:
UQ- LIVE Courses

UQ-Level-1 course Swansea dates (SAT 10-09-22 to 29–10-23) @ 10am to 4pm– full course taught over 8 sessions.

UQ-Level-1 course London dates (SAT 17-02-23, SUN 18-02-23) – 2-day intensive program

UQ-Level-1 course London dates (SAT 14-05-23, SUN 15-02-23, SAT 21-05-23 and SUN 22-05-23).

We were able to deliver following courses free via Zoom.

Course delivery :
We are looking to focus on course delivery and teacher training program for the coming year. This will allow potential volunteers, teachers, and educational institution to join our program. Full training and access to teaching materials will be made available to all authorised tutors.
Financial 2022 – 2023
CEF has not had the need to spend any funds in this financial year, and hence there were not any fund-raising activities for the period.
