**Objects:** THE CHARITY IS SET UP FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT, FOR THE RELIEF AND ASSISTANCE OF PEOPLE IN NEPAL AND NEPALI DIASPORA IN THE UK WHO ARE IN NEED AND ARE VICTIMS OF NATURAL DISASTERS OR CATASTROPHES, BY SUPPLYING THEM WITH MEDICAL AID AND ASSISTANCE. THE CHARITY ALSO AIMS TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF HEALTHCARE WORKERS AT ALL LEVELS BY PROVIDING AND ASSISTING IN FUNDING THE ORGANISATION OF EDUCATIONAL EVENTS AND THE PROVISION OF TRAINERS FROM THE UK, TO IMPROVE HEALTHCARE FOR THE GENERAL POPULATION IN NEPAL AND THE NEPALI DIASPORA IN THE UK. NOTHING IN THIS CONSTITUTION SHALL AUTHORISE AN APPLICATION OF THE PROPERTY OF THE CHARITY FOR PURPOSES WHICH ARE NOT CHARITABLE IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 7 OF THE CHARITIES AND TRUSTEE INVESTMENT (SCOTLAND) ACT 2005 AND/OR SECTION 2 OF THE CHARITIES ACT (NORTHERN IRELAND) 2008

**Activities:** To promote the advancement of education, health awareness and protection, disaster relief, and community development among disadvantaged communities in Nepal and the Nepali diaspora in the UK. We aim to empower individuals through education, health awareness ,knowledge exchange, and support during unexpected incidents,reduction in inequality and the promotion of sustainable social progress.
